The Armada Group regularly recognizes its top consultants as a part of its ongoing commitment to consulting excellence. The process involves research and recommendations from within Armada's client base of emerging and Fortune 100 technology clients to identify outstanding contributors.
President's Award: Armada's Robert Stetler, working with Cisco Systems, received the Spring 2010 President's Award. The President's Award is designed to honor the consultant who best exemplifies Armada's commitment to dependability, integrity, focus on quality results, sense of urgency, customer service and outstanding technical skills.
In his nomination letter, Madjid Mozayeni, IT Manager at Cisco Systems, said "Robert is very strong technically and very dependable. He is one of the best PERL developers we have, is very result-oriented and always delivers the highest quality code on time. He is a team player and has a very good sense of urgency. He is always on top of the operational issues, takes good care of the clients and is very successful at cross-functional collaboration. "
Teamwork Excellence Award: Don Johnson ("DJ"), working with PayPal, received the Spring 2010 Teamwork Excellence Award. This award recognizes the consultant who best places unity and efficiency of the group ahead of their individual interests, respects contributions and builds consensus. According to Donald Silva Sr., Development Operations Manager, Core Technologies Engineering at PayPal "DJ has consistently stepped up project after project. He is well-respected by his peers within as well as outside our team. I can count on DJ 100% of the time to drive projects across all teams with integrity, ethics and high standards of excellence. He is truly a team player and should be recognized for his outstanding contributions."
Project Excellence Award: John Kigozi, also working with Cisco Systems received the Spring 2010 Project Excellence Award. This award is presented to the Armada consultant who played an instrumental role in the successful delivery of a company project. Amit Srivastava, IT Mgr at Cisco Systems stated in his nomination letter "John had been instrumental in delivering in getting performance results for our WS environment from the lab. He did this while juggling a whole host of other tasks and kept a very professional attitude."
