The survey, conducted by the Portland, Oregon based client satisfaction research firm Inavero, measured exceptional customer service within the professional services industry. The study revealed that 100% of Armada’s surveyed client base rated them as an 8 or above out of a possible 10 in overall satisfaction. Additionally 75% of respondents were considered “promoters” of Armada’s services – ranking them as a 9 or 10 - compared to an industry average of 40.8%. These results outperformed overall industry averages by 22%.
