End to end management and delivery of well defined IT or software development projects, usually executed on a fixed price basis.
Staff Augmentation:
If you have skill gaps or lack key personnel to execute your projects, Armada has four different staff augmentation solutions to choose from:
- Contract staffing: High value teams or individual subject matter experts for temporary support.
- Contract-to-hire: A great solution for clients who prefer to try out the talent before committing to a direct hire.
